| La Casina de Ingrid, new home in La Regalina

| Recently joined La Regalina a nice house divided into two apartments. The plot is adjacent to fields and has a pleasant and sheltered garden. La Casina de Ingrid is divided into two apartments for four people. Each has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Like all of our homes are fully equipped with TV, cutlery, towels, etc. .... This house may also be appropriate for a family or group of 8 people. You can see more details and photos here. |

| We close the pool, open fireplaces

This summer we had a great weather, which allowed us to have the pool open until October 15. In 2012 we will try, if weather permits, open since Easter. Now, although there are still good weather forecasts and make maximum temperature below 19 °, so it's best to put the pool into hibernation. Yet it is cold, but we have prepared and cut firewood for the fireplaces in our homes. Los Campos have a fireplace, as La Casa Nueva, La Casina and House Pertierra. Inclusive of free firewood. |

Apart from the traditional prepared foods in the store (pie, muffins preñaos, pizzas, etc..) Can also be prepared in the restaurant to bring most of their dishes and some more. See the list of dishes. On Christmas Eve, December 24, there is a special list to add, you can see here. Thus, for those who do not like this special night to go to a restaurant can dine comfortably at your home or apartment saving all the work. |

During this winter the shop will remain open throughout the year, offering guests all those essential items and food they need for their stay. The bar-restaurant open weekends and high occupancy bridges. However, the takeaway service operates all year round. If a guest wants to serve him some food in your house or apartment just tell us and can even book it online. |

| So far, our cottages, apartments and bungalows were delivered perfectly clean and equipped with sheets and towels for the occupation of each. In order to mantain our prices for 2011 and with the objective of avoiding that the costs associated with imprudent use of the lodgings fall on all our clientele, as of today, we are going to request credit/debit card details as a guarantee for possible damages. Therefore, from today onwards, we are going to request credit/debit card details as a guarantee for damage.
The procedure is very simple and does not imply any costs for our customers.
When checking-in we will add an authorisation for us to charge a limited amount (depending on the house) if there happens to be any damage when we revise the house after departure. This would not include accidental damage to small items such as plates and glasses, but damages such as a broken TV set or the cleaning of upholstery which has been marked with shoes or dog paws, for instance.
The reducction of these costs related to the missuse of the amenities will allow us to mantain our prices competitive and affordable for the general public.
