First floor:
- Living-room with fireplace, TV, DVD and a little library.
- Large kitchen fully equiped.

Second floor:
- 2 baths with shower
- Double room with 1 bed 135 x 190

- Sofa-bed 120 x 180

Free shared swimming-pool.

Prices

All the year 96 € per day except:
- Special season: 28 july-1 september: 178 € /day
- High season: July, Easter and Christmas: 167 €

TAXES INCLUDED

Capacity: 6 people. 2 extra bebs possible (12 € / day)

Deposit: 150 € (we return it fully after checking no damages in the home)

Cleaning.
The rate includes initial cleaning, bedlinen and towels. Optionally, you can ask for daily cleaning with changing towels with an aditional charge of 45€ per day.
